Martin Mayo said "Two great courses and well worth playing. We found Da Ria the harder of the two mainly due to the extra length which meant many 2nd shots were a long iron or a wood."

Brian McCutcheon said "A good test of golf, shorter than Quinta da Cima, with beautiful views of the sea and magnificent beach. Watch out at the 10th hole. Unless you hit a really good drive it's better to lay up short of the water. 14th and 16th are a bit quirky, especially for the first time player. Hit a 5 iron off tee at 14 and a 3 iron or rescue at 16. Driver at either hole is looking for trouble."

Phil Albutt said "Stunning setting and some amazing holes to suit all levels of ability. quality of the fairways and greens was excellent. The reception staff were okay but the waitresses were brilliant. Food was a good average but service made up for any shortcomings. Can't wait to go back."

Derek Ash said "Would play the course more often if buggies were allowed on the fairways - even a 90 degree rule is better than having to stick to the paths 100%."

Harry Sayers said "Course was in absolute immaculate condition when we played it in early May 2007, probably the best kept and manicured in the Algarve. Well worth the money to play and a must play course if you are in the area."
