These properties are all situated close to the clubhouse of Nuevo Portil Golf Club.  Easy access is available to the beaches of El Portil and Punta Umbria, the pine woodlands of the coastal strip and the amazing national park of the Donana is only a 30 minute drive away.  We believe that the properties at Nuevo Portil are the best quality and standard in the area, and we are sure that your rental of one of these fine properties will not disappoint!

The villa is a large detached property with plenty of space. The large airy rooms have been equipped with all the modern conveniences that make holidays so relaxing. The property is situated overlooking the 11th fairway of the Nuevo Portil Golf Club and has a very large garden with its own private pool (9x4m) which is open all year. Surrounded by pine forests, beaches and golf courses. Fully air conditioned and heated. Satellite TV so you can keep up to date with all the news, sport and soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bedrooms have twin long beds (ideal if you are tall) plus the added benefit that they zip together to make 4 large doubles. Only a 10 minute walk to the most glorious beaches. You will find plenty of small restaurants, bars and food shops nearby. A large supermarket is located about 15 minutes drive away in the town of Cartaya.

The villa is fully air conditioned or heated depending on the time of year. There are also 4 floor fans provided. The garden is fully enclosed. Highchairs and travel cots can be provided, there is a small charge. This can be paid locally.

The garden is divided into 2 areas. The pool surround has been landscaped. At night there is outdoor lighting. The other area has been left to lawn, great for practising golf swings or cricket, football or just lazing by the pool. There are 8 sun loungers provided plus an outdoor table and chairs for 8 people seated. Parasols are also provided. There is a BBQ for alfresco dining. The outdoor eating area is located in a large enclosed courtyard. The pool is approx 9m x 4m. This is open all year.

Property Rental Terms & Conditions

• The minimum stay at any privately rented property is 3 days/nights.  A £200 per booking security deposit to cover breakages and damage to the property will be required at the time of booking.  If you pay your invoice by credit card this will be available to us by the secure storing of your credit card details until the end of your stay.  If you pay by cheque or another method, a cheque for £200 must be lodged either with ourselves or our agent in Spain by the start of your rental period.  This will be destroyed or returned to you at the end of your rental providing no breakages or damage has occurred.
• All prices for private property rentals include cleaning, laundry & key holding services. 
• A "welcome pack" is also included free-of-charge containing essentials such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, butter, beer & wine, cheese, bottled water.
• We unfortunately cannot guarantee that swimming pools as advertised will be available.  Local weather conditions and residents committee decisions will sometimes mean that these facilities are unavailable.  We apologise in advance if due to reasons beyond our control the swimming pool at your rented property is closed during your stay.
• Some property owners reserve the right to lock storage cupboards and occasionally utility rooms to provide them with a secure storage area for their own personal belongings.  All facilities of the property as advertised should still be available.
