The 20 villas and 121 luxury rooms at the Montecastillo Resort Hotel are in keeping with the status of the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed Montecastillo Golf Club that the hotel overlooks. For many years this hotel has accommodated the great and good of Europe.

The bedrooms and villas are all spacious and tastefully appointed and all rooms offer a balcony or terrace overlooking the magnificent 1st and 18th holes of the golf course.

The villas are a flexible way to accommodate your golfing group or family. 1 or 2 bedroom villas are available and feature 1 or 2 bedrooms along with lounge dining area, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. All the public areas of the main hotel are also available to villa users.

Add to this the Montecastillo Spa - Health and Fitness Centre (daily charge payable) which boasts an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam saunas, gym, massage and treatment rooms, and solarium, and the fine-dining restaurant and the Montecastillo Business Centre; the Montecastillo Resort offers you everything you need for a great golfing break.

New from Barcelo Montecastillo: Opened in November 2008 the on-site Barcelo Montecastillo Jerez Hotel (4 star) offers fully flexible accommodation with each element of your stay hand picked!

Phil Draper said "A great atmosphere with a good cosmopolitan mix of guests - most with the common interest of enjoying a quality golf course."

Pete said "Excellent set up, great quality and perfect greens, Food excellent staff very friendly and welcoming villa was excellent and kept very clean. Service was first class again. Nothing was too much trouble. Managed to sort out additional golf tee times on my request"

Phil Snowden said "Went for a 4 day stay mon - fri. Flew to sevilla and picked up the recomended hire car. Approx 1 hour later arrived destination.
We went all inclusive. Everything exceeded our expectations given the cost of this short holiday. The accomodation, food, staff, and service were all very good. The golf course is terrific, providing a challenge for all abilities. I would recommend buggies due the distances between the green and tees on some holes. Chilled drinking water is provided on many tees which is welcome given the av temp of 38 degrees (late June/July). Evening meals were taken outside on the terrace overlooking the 18th fairway. Wine good quality and drinks are all proprietary brands, Bacardi, Smirnoff. Gordons etc. Breakfasts were particularly good with freshly squeezed orange juice etc. I would happily recommend this as one of the best packages we have experienced, and will definitley return."

Mrs McCourt said "bit noisy when the F1 cars are testing at the track at the side of the hotel but it was never done at unsociable hours."
