All Islantilla rental properties are situated within a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the clubhouse of Islantilla Golf Club.

San Isidro, Islantilla Golf Club

This bright one bedroom property offers fantastic views over the 5th hole of the challenging Islantilla golf course.

Although simply furnished this first floor apartment has a washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, and TV with DVD player. There are fans and heaters in the property. This apartment is on the delightful complex of San Isidro and has a beautiful communal pool and garden area. (Pool open June to September).

Golf club house, shops, bars, restaurants and the fabulous beach are all within 15 mins walk or a few minutes drive.

Palo Verde, Islantilla Golf Club

Located among tranquil gardens this delightful ground floor apartment overlooks the Islantilla golf course.

There are 2 bedrooms, a good sized lounge / dining room and one family bathroom. For self catering there is a washing machine, oven, microwave, and a fridge. There is a TV and DVD player in the comfortable lounge area. Large patio doors lead out onto a furnished terrace right on the edge of the Islantilla golf course with the sea in the distance.

The complex has a large pool with children’s area, 2 tennis courts and a small gym (all open June – September)

Golf clubhouse, shops, bars, restaurants and the fabulous beach are all within 10 mins walk.

Property Rental Terms & Conditions

• The minimum stay at any privately rented property is 3 days/nights.  A £200 per booking security deposit to cover breakages and damage to the property will be required at the time of booking.  If you pay your invoice by credit card this will be available to us by the secure storing of your credit card details until the end of your stay.  If you pay by cheque or another method, a cheque for £200 must be lodged either with ourselves or our agent in Spain by the start of your rental period.  This will be destroyed or returned to you at the end of your rental providing no breakages or damage has occurred.
• All prices for private property rentals include cleaning, laundry & key holding services. 
• A "welcome pack" is also included free-of-charge containing essentials such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, butter, beer & wine, cheese, bottled water.
• We unfortunately cannot guarantee that swimming pools as advertised will be available.  Local weather conditions and residents committee decisions will sometimes mean that these facilities are unavailable.  We apologise in advance if due to reasons beyond our control the swimming pool at your rented property is closed during your stay.
• Some property owners reserve the right to lock storage cupboards and occasionally utility rooms to provide them with a secure storage area for their own personal belongings.  All facilities of the property as advertised should still be available.
