The villa is on the Castro Marim Golf & Country Club, a par 72 course opened in 2001. The villa is approx 500 yds from the club house.

The french doors from the living room and one of the bedrooms lead onto the spacious patio and pool(8m x 4m). There is a brick bbq. The garden backs directly onto Castro Marim Golf Course. The patio has great views as it is on top of the hill. The master bedroom has its own balcony with even better views.

Property Rental Terms & Conditions

• The minimum stay at any privately rented property is 3 days/nights.  A £200 per booking security deposit to cover breakages and damage to the property will be required at the time of booking.  If you pay your invoice by credit card this will be available to us by the secure storing of your credit card details until the end of your stay.  If you pay by cheque or another method, a cheque for £200 must be lodged either with ourselves or our agent in Spain by the start of your rental period.  This will be destroyed or returned to you at the end of your rental providing no breakages or damage has occurred.
• All prices for private property rentals include cleaning, laundry & key holding services. 
• A "welcome pack" is also included free-of-charge containing essentials such as milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, butter, beer & wine, cheese, bottled water.
• We unfortunately cannot guarantee that swimming pools as advertised will be available.  Local weather conditions and residents committee decisions will sometimes mean that these facilities are unavailable.  We apologise in advance if due to reasons beyond our control the swimming pool at your rented property is closed during your stay.
• Some property owners reserve the right to lock storage cupboards and occasionally utility rooms to provide them with a secure storage area for their own personal belongings.  All facilities of the property as advertised should still be available.
